I can help teachers and parents scaffold students using proven strategies to accomplish reading and writing tasks. I can also be of help to writers who must "respond in writing," whether that written task is school-related or job-related. I am able to edit potential publications.

Working with both textbook and journal publishers and editors, I have published seven books (see Ardith Davis Cole at Heinemann.com, as well as Stenhouse.com.) and myriad articles. I've also taught writing at the University of Buffalo, NY. I constructed my own website (www.ardithcole.com) and have used (Apple) digital technology to present to large groups. Furthermore, I've helped students, friends, and colleagues edit their writing and publish online documents.
